Withdrawing from only one class after census will not have any immediate impact to your financial aid as you will be considered full-time for financial aid purposes. But the withdrawal will be used when calculating the percentage of classes you have completed successfully for SAP standards. Withdrawing may impact your eligibility for federal, state and institutional grants and loans, scholarships and third-party sponsorships for the current term as well as future terms. A new page will open and from there students can view "Your bills" which are static as of a point in time, review "Your Account," which is the live & most current version of each billing statement, review recent payments, enroll in payment plans, sign up for electronic refunds, or enroll an authorized payer who will be enabled to then receive tuition statements.
The Bursar’s Office will send your billing statement electronically for the fall semester in July and the spring billing statement in November. Yes, we offer a payment plan serviced by Nelnet Campus Commerce. This plan is an interest-free way to spread tuition payments over the course of a semester. Plans are now available per term, an enrollment fee is required to participate. The fall semester payments are due the 5th of each month from August through December, and the spring semester payments are due the 5th of each month from January through May. The only additional amount charged for paying the bill via a monthly payment plan is a $47 enrollment fee per semester, which is payable with the first installment each semester. Students with unusual circumstances (such as parental abandonment, abuse, or incarceration) are encouraged to reach out to the Office of Student Financial Aid to explain their situation and provide supporting documentation. Our committee will review each situation on a case-by-case basis to determine if a dependency override can be granted. This would allow the student to be viewed as an independent student for financial aid purposes. We will review all requests for a determination of independence as quickly as possible but no later than 60 days after the student enrolls or 60 days after the request is made. If all documentation is not received within 60 days, the request may be denied.
All Loans are applied as full year unless otherwise specified. Direct Loans are given on an annual basis and the amount is determined by the students class level (First-Year, Sophomore, Junior, Senior, Adult Undergraduate, Graduate) as well as cost of attendance.

9th Semester Award Criteria: 91¶ÌÊÓƵ provides eligible students with institutional merit scholarship and grants for up to eight semesters or the completion of their 91¶ÌÊÓƵ degree, whichever comes first. Students wishing to continue their education for a 9th semester may apply for an exception to this policy by completing this application. 91¶ÌÊÓƵ may, depending on available resources and demonstrated need, limit the 9th semester award(s) not to exceed 50% of tuition for the enrolled semester. Students may enroll less than full-time for the 9th semester of aid; in such case they will receive a prorated disbursement of the 9th semester award. 91¶ÌÊÓƵ will not provide institutional funding to replace state or federal assistance that has been exhausted by prior enrollment. The awarding of the exception applies to 9th semester and does not extend to semesters beyond that period.
